Concept art inspiration for colour palette in Quill

Following viewing of the making of Soda Island I am considering creating the whole environment in Quill. As Quill does not support 3D virtual lighting, any lighting will need to be represented through 'paint'. Below is some concept art HD wallpaper inspiration to get the colour palette ideas of the city environment/Piccaddilly Circus that I am considering.
