DJCAD REQUIREMENTS 6.6 Intention to Submit At least three months before the intended date of your final viva voce examination, your principal research supervisor is responsible for ensuring that a completed Intention to Submit proforma (see Appendix PGR.10) is completed and submitted to the Research Degrees Office. The purpose of this proforma, which you must countersign, is to establish the proposed composition of the examining committee for the thesis.
