I'm approaching this PhD project as any other industry based project...
Defined work hours during the working week - usually between 8:30 - 6:00pm and weekends for brain relaxation time.
Walking, people watching in cafes, art galleries, gardening, pinterest boards, John Lewis and Ikea are particular favourites!
